Democracy multiplied promotes the exchange about and through democracy by activating and further educating young democracy multipliers and by conducting workshops with action-oriented and value-based offers of civic education.

In this first phase, the project is about the use of democracy games, which we developed in the Demogames project. The project is financially supported by the Däster-Schild Foundation and the Youth and Democracy Fund of the Swiss Democracy Foundation. The political science seminar of the University of Basel is providing us with free seminar rooms.

News

The project was developed in December 2021 and started in April 2022. In June 2022, the further training of seven motivated multipliers began, and from July onwards we will be offering Democracy Afternoons as part of the project.
